Harvest Dinner

Guests will enjoy an intimate 5 course, sit down dinner, paired with Verde wines. During the evening in-depth information will be shared about the harvest and wine making process at Verde Vineyards.

Menu

  • Appetizer – Linguini and Clams with 3 Clams Casino (Vegetarian option available upon request)
  • Salad – Smokey Beet & Strawberry Salad with Mixed Organic Greens & Smoked Burratta
  • Pasta Course – Sweet Potato Noodles with Brie, Mushrooms & Caramelized Red Onions
  • Main Course – Braised Short Ribs over Mushroom Risotto & Browned Butter Roasted Vegetables
  • Seasonal Dessert

 

Price per person is $150.

Please note: Social distancing practices will be in effect and no more than 4 guests (from the same party) will be seated together. Tables will be a minimum of 6 ft apart on the veranda.

Reservations are Limited – No More Than 4 Tickets per Individual

  • Emerald Club Members can make reservations at any time
  • Other wine club members can make reservations after September 11
  • Everyone else can make reservations after September 18
