The tasting includes 4 wines plus our Port. Three wines are paired with a truffle bite and the Port is paired with a piece of cheese:
- Chardonnay with a Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel truffle bite
- Sophie’s Blend as a palate cleanser
- Estate Merlot with a Blackberry Soft Center
- Cabernet Sauvignon with an Apple Pie truffle
- Port with a piece of Dutch Gouda cheese.
Chocolate provided by Heritage Chocolates.
$18 per person; $8 per person for Wine Club members.
